The working of our non-profit association

Our non-profit association only operates with volunteers. She has no expenses (personnel, telephone, transport, representation, publicity, rent, heating, electricity, etc.) for the donors. The members of the board of the association and the volunteers pay their expenses themselves. The association has no intermediary. She's working directly with volunteers, who distribute the money and the clothes to the children.

VaCaPa Kinderplan VZW works by means of a kind of godparents by group, that does mean that, the donors support together all the children. There are no administrative - or other expenses. The total remitted amount goes to the project. The association pays all the expenses of operation in Belgium and Philippines.

The representatives in Phlippines take the necessary steps  to take care and control, so that the money is used in the most effective way. The volunteers in Cagayan de Oro City introduce the children. The income of the family is very important. The children have to have the intention to go to school and the parents don't keep the children at home for working.
